Keeping Your System Working Properly

Here you'll find information to help you keep your water system working trouble free. There's not a lot of maintenance involved with a water well system but there are a few things you must do or it will stop working. And it normally stops working when you're getting ready for work in the morning or on holidays.

I'll give you some maintenance tips and explain how to check the tank pressure and pressure switch settings.

This is not rocket science but DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WORK ON THE PRESSURE SWITCH OR ANY ELECTRICAL COMPONENT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS AND GOOD GENERAL MECHANICAL APPTITUDE. Instead, call us for service on your water system or water treatment system.

Keeping Your Water Safe and Sanitary

Much of this information is explained in the Water Treatment section of this web site but here I offer a general explanation of how to insure that the water you use to shower, cook, and brush your teeth is clean and sanitary. If you do these things then you won't think twice about filling up your water bottles from the kitchen sink.

We're constantly subjected to those commercials enticing us with images of fresh mountain stream water and then telling us that we can turn our CITY WATER into that (by removing the chlorine) for a price. You've got that valuable resource now… all natural, chlorine free well water. But there are a few things you need to do to make sure it's always fresh and safe to use.
